Our portable welding truck was in desperate need of 2 front tires. We needed to have the truck tires fixed and not have any service down time.

Alex told us to drop them off. We did this and the tires were not only done quickly, they were delivered to us (…) during the worst floods in modern central Wisconsin history. I really appreciate the extra special effort.

I just wanted to comment on some EXCELLENT service I had this weekend with Hovland. I am from Burlington, WI and was traveling to Minnesota when my tire disengaged from my car while I was driving it down I90 and I94 west near the Wisconsin Dells area. I got a tow truck from Hovland and they worked on my car the next day. I had a long way to travel back home so it would be very hard to travel all the way back home to Burlington with my spare on it. The workers at Hovland took the initiative to go back to the site where my tire flew off and look for my tire so they could put it back on instead of having me drive with my spare all the way home. They actually found my tire so they put it on for me and I made it home safely. I just wanted to say how truly appreciative I was that they did this for me and this is definitely one of the best first class services I have ever received!! I wanted to give credit where credit is due and I would recommend to Hovland to anyone!! Thank you again for the excellent service I have received.

On Labor Day, Sep 5, 2011 I needed help. I called my insurance co-American Family-and they sent me help. Your man, Jordan, was such a great help. He towed my car from Reedsburg to New Lisbon, WI. He apologized for the delay, but being a holiday I feel he was unusually busy. I waited patiently and when he came he helped me. Towed me in a very professional way. I would like you to know what a great employee you have there!
